New on Saturdays: Gerstner Themed Brunches in the Kunsthistorisches Museum






Enjoy the famous Gerstner buffet, with a seasonally interpreted menu, on selected Saturdays

April 24th: A Spring buffet with Asparagus & Co
A menu devoted to asparagus in traditional and creative variations. From asparagus mousse to locally grown Marchfeld white asparagus, paired with fish ham or meat. IS ALREADY FULLY BOOKED!

May 29th: The Aphrodisiac Buffet
The way to one´s heart is indeed through the stomach! Take this day to enjoy yourself and pamper your significant other with this special buffet. Try smoked oysters in herb jelly, roulade of sole with champagne sauce, or saffron creme brulee.

June 19th: The "In Bloom" Buffet
Enjoy fine variations of stuffed fish, poultry and meat, prepared with selected flowers and herbs. Try guinea fowl aspic with daisies, fried zucchini flowers with crab, or rose cream with candied violets.

September 11th: The Pumpkin Buffet
The largest melon in the world creates so many delightful dishes: marinated beef tips with Hokaido pumpkin, pumpkin cream soup, pumpkin gnocchi with herb sauce, or vanilla cream with pumpkin brittle.

October 16th: A Wild Buffet
Fall is the perfect time to enjoy wild game from local forests: a fine wellington of venison with berry sauce, or roast duck with red cabbage and dumplings, are just the beginning.
€ 39.- per person, includes a welcome drink, buffet, and a special tour
